I am Nicole Woznicki, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years in the field of women’s health. I started my nursing career working in the hospital on a women’s medical surgical unit, then began working in the Detroit STD clinic. I currently work in a vaginitis research clinic as well as in an HIV clinic, where I run a perinatal program for HIV positive mothers.

Throughout my career one of my greatest joys is providing evidence-based education to patients. I first became published in peer reviewed medical journals, and then decided to pursue freelance writing. I began freelance health writing in an effort to get my expertise and knowledge out to the most women possible.

When I am not working, I am enjoying life with my husband and two kids!
